Produced Sand Sampler PSS
The Produced Sand Sampler is used to collect physical sand samples from the flow line of well. The sand sampler consists of a portable cylinder containing a mesh for capturing and quantifying solids in oil and gas streams. The mesh size can be changed for mashes with different mesh sizes. By changing the mesh size, a maximum amount of sand can be filtered without causing high pressure in the device due to clogging of the pores.
Effective sand sampling can help ensure flow security, allowing for improved production optimization. Sample analysis can provide valuable data to improve and extend the life cycle of deposits.
